A: No, Best Buy Bridals is a manufacturer/distributor and only sells to authorized retail stores. Please look at our Store Locator on our website to find the store nearest you.

Q: How can I locate a store that carries Best Buy gowns that are available for me to try on to size?
A: You can find a listing of authorized retailers for Best Buy wedding gowns on our web site, under Store Locator.

Q: How should I clean my wedding gown?
A: Although your neighborhood cleaner may be capable of cleaning your gown, you will probably get better results if you take your dress to a cleaner who specializes in wedding dresses.
Find out how long the company has been in business and how many dresses it cleans each year. Be sure to ask about guarantees and do not sign any disclaimer that releases the cleaner from responsibility for damage to your gown during cleaning. Some cleaners carry a special insurance policy that insures gowns at their purchase price or appraised value.
If you know the origin of any stains, be sure to alert your dry cleaner, as it will allow them to remove the stain more quickly and easily. Before taking your dress to the cleaners, remove all shoulder pads, dress shields, metal stiffeners and flower trimmings.
The cost to have your gown cleaned varies, depending on the type of dress, how much fabric is involved, the type of stains and other factors.

Q: How soon should I take my gown to be cleaned after wearing?
A: Gowns should always be cleaned directly after wearing them. Not cleaning a gown in a reasonable amount of time after wearing could result in a yellowing of the fabric due to prolonged storage.

Q: How do I make sure that the gown I purchase is going to be of the appropriate measurements?
A: Please refer to the size chart and "how to measure" instructions shown on our web site to determine your measurements.

Q: Approximately how long will it take for me to receive a gown purchased from a retailer?
A: If there is in stock availability of the gown in question we should be able to ship immediately. However, if the gown is not in stock the approximate cut/ship time will be anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks, provided there are no unforeseen circumstances affecting its scheduled delivery.

Q: Are the dresses shown on your web site available in other colors?
A: Yes, some of our styles are available in a variety of different colors. Standard available colors, in regards to our bridal collection, are white and Ivory.

Q: How many do I have to buy?

Q: I have a retail tax ID number. Can I purchase just one dress?
A: No, there are minimum purchase requirements that must be met before a special order can be placed on a gown. If you are interested in carrying the Best Buy bridal gown collection, please contact us at (888)-664-6967 and your sales representative will be more than happy in assisting you.

Q: Can I sell and/or advertise Best Buy bridal gowns via the Internet?
A: Retailers are only permitted to advertise and/or sell the Best Buy bridals line via the Internet only when the initial purchase requirements are met for each line they wish to advertise and/or sell. Selling and/or advertising of the Best Buy Bridals line via auction-based websites such as eBay, etc. is NOT authorized.

Q: What sizes are your gowns available in?
A: All of our bridal gowns are available in sizes 4 through 30. In addition, Best Buy Bridals has been known to specialize in large sizing for many years.
