Allow 8 to 12 weeks for delivery of your special order. Special orders are
not returnable or exchangeable.

Terms |
Shipping is by COD. Special terms are available for highly qualified stores. Open accounts are net 30 days after credit has been established and approved. 1.5% per month is charged on invoice open past 30 days. Terms are strictly enforced. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, and AMERICAN
EXPRESS. |

Returns |
All items must be made within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. A return must have pre-approval from our office. An authorization number must be obtained from this office and clearly written on the outside of the box to return any items. No return will be accepted without a written request with your written request, please include the invoice number, style number, color and size and reason for the return. Under no circumstances will cash refuns be made. Merchandise will only be exchanged. All merchandise must be in 100% re-shippable condition with all labels and tags, or it will be returned to you. This includes but not limited to dresses that are shop worn, faded or dirty. |

Refusals |
If a store refuses a package without good reason, a 10% handling charge plus shipping. &nbs cost will be charged. No future order will be processed until the problem has been resolved.

Store Cancellation |
All special and stock orders confirmed by customer service cannot be canceled if the gown is already in production. All gowns in production will be shipped as ordered..

At times, under special circumstances, the manufacturer will
substitute original lace and/or fabric with similar lace and fabric design
due to discontinuance of lace and/or fabric materials, etc. Exact color
matching from different dye lots may not occur.
All shipping dates are subject to change without notice. The company shall not
be responsible for a delay or failure to make delivery of all or part of the
merchandise purchased due to causes, contingencies, or circumstances beyond
its control that prevents or hinders the manufacture or delivery of
merchandise. |
